Shipping Policy

Processing time  
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Tracking is sent by email once shipped.

Australia shipping only  
Standard: 3-5 business days — $6.95, or free for orders $45 and up  
Express: 1-2 business days — $20.00, or free for orders $45 and up  

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Tracking  
All orders include tracking. Check your email for the tracking link after dispatch.

Delays  
Delivery times are estimates. We’re not responsible for postal delays or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged parcels  
If your order shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, or it arrives damaged, email us at joeyjrorganics@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll help.

Address errors  
Please double-check your address. We can’t redirect or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Reship fees may apply.
