30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

To start a return, email us at joeyjrorganics@gmail.com. We’ll send return instructions. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Change of mind  

You pay return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Faulty or wrong items

 
Contact us right away with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds  

Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your rights  

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
